Bride&Co's lazy and appealing service

Very disappointed in what's meant to be a reputable bridal store. Something so simple became such a mission due to what appears to be pure laziness. My Fiancé found a pair of shoes on Bride&Co's website for the wedding. She went to the branch in Umhlanga to try them on and purchase the shoes only to be told she needs to book an appointment even though there was no one in the shop. Sluhds silly, but for a bride to be the shoes for their wedding is jThey helped her never the less, however didn't have her size. She asked the staff to check another branch which did have her size, they were meant to have them sent down, she never heard back. A few weeks later, she saw the same shoes, so she phoned to book an appointment this time, and to ask if they had stock, again tgwere was no stock but they advertised on the website. The staff promised to make a plan and have a pair sent to the shop for her to buy. Days went by and nothing was heard. She phoned again, only to find out it was never documented in the order book to have a pair sent. Every time its the same story and nothing happens. We are not impressed. All she wanted was a pair of shoes and the service offered for something so quick and simple was appalling. There is no care and service for the customers. Every call and person through the door is a potential customer and should all receive the same service despite how much they spending. Absolutely disgusted and woukd not recommend any couples to use this store.
