Bride & Co poor service

Today we BOOKED an appointment to get brides****s dresses at the Rivonia branch to much disappointment we were not assisted by any consultants we couldn't query items and were left to fend for our selves while certain customers recieved the undivided attention of the consultant. Lucky we managed to get a fitting room as another group deciding to use one room instead of two. I feel when making a booking we should have recieved some assistance. Disappointed that such a big organization treats potential customers like this. This day was suppose to be an enjoyable fun experience but was awful.
