Bride & Co - My Experience

If you are a bride-to-be looking for your perfect dress and a wonderful bridal experience, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit Bride&Co. Their customer service is terrible, they do not accommodate you in any way, the consultants sell you false information to make a sale and the seamstresses sugar coat alternation costs until you have purchased the dress. My experience with them was nothing short of horrible and when a complaint is voiced they simply do not answer your phone calls or hand you over to the store manager who then tells you that the only feasible option is to choose a different wedding dress. Now that may be fine if a wedding dress was as important as a napkin, but all brides know that once you have found your dress it's not as simple as choosing a different one especially if your heart is set on the one they have falsely sugar coated to make the sale. I was extremely disappointed and if this was the type of service a bride receives at a store that is meant to please the bride, I would definitely advise against visiting this store especially the Canal Walk branch in Cape Town.

Reviewer Update
Bride & Co has subsequently compensated me for the bad service with a veil of my choice and stiffening skirt. Although I would have loved the experience to be much smoother and stress free, I am happy with the compensation offered.
