Bride & Co Clearwater Mall

My brother went to Bride & Co in Clearwater Mall about 2 months ago to pick 4 suits for his best men . He told them that he will collect the suits today which was already paid for. He got them and the suits are not ironed and in a terrible state. He has to wait there for them to finish the suits which I find very unprofessional and disappointing. Will never ever use them in the future again. This is poor and pathetic service from a well known shop
