Bride and Co worst shopping experience ever!

This has been the worst shopping experience ever! Went to Clearwater B&Co purchased a dress but realized I cannot sit in the dress when I tried it again at home. Went back to B&C clearwater. Was told dress in my size will be ordered. Was made to wait a week then was called and told that the dress I was waiting for was sold. I went back to the store. The lady assisting was trying to get me to exchange for dresses which I did not like. I then went to Rivonia after showing her a dress that Clearwater did not have in my size. Rivonia also did not have my size. I was referred to Boksburg. I then went to B&Co Boksburg. In boksburg I was told that I cannot make an exchange without having the dress on me. The dress I purchased was in Clearwater. I then had to go back to clearwater to fetch the dress went to B&Co Brooklyn this time (called them before going to find out if they have the dress I wanted). Got to B&Co Brooklyn Sunday at 16h50 and was told the store is closing regardless of me calling in advance letting them know that I am exchanging my dress. They refused to exchange my dress and were quite rude. I broke down out of stress and emotional overwhelming. Bride and Co is the worst store I have ever purchased from and I wish to never do business with them again. I have purchased additional items from the Boksburg store due to this mistake made in the Clearwater Mall. There is no accountability at all and no visibility of Management within the stores. I to date still have on me a dress that does not fit.
