Bride and Co has singlehandedly ruined my wedding

Bride and Co is singlehandedly going to RUIN my wedding! I ordered a brides**** dress from you over 2 months ago, I SPECIFICALLY stated that my brides**** are MEDIUMS and double checked that the correct sizes were to be sent from Parkview to Canal Walk, when my brides**** went to pick it up - They sent a Small!!! They then took a Large to alter it to her measurements and my brides**** has just let me know that the dress is AGAIN too small! A second time! I am getting married in ONE WEEK and still don’t have this sorted! Are you kidding me! I will NEVER purchase from Bride and Co again and will make sure to tell anyone and everyone how bad your service is! This isn’t an ordinary day, it’s my WEDDING DAY! I need someone to contact me ASAP!
