Bad Service regarding Refunds

I recently purchased a suit from Bride & Co. That was 15 days ago. I still have not received my refund up until today. Head Office's policy is to pay the customer out within 7 days. They have been making ridiculous excuses to why they have not paid me out. This is suppose to be a huge company with a good reputation, but I have been disappointed on the management of refunds. No answers are provided, no assistance is provided??? I would like to know hat is happening. I will not recommend purchasing an item from this company ever...
