bad service from a respected & expensive company

we bought a wedding suite from Bride & Co 2 months ago and the suit was very expensive. suit was bought in cash and we where told that they can alter the suit for us since the pants where not fitting my husband well. the suit was left and we where told to collect it 1st week of september. i went to collect the suit in september & took it home for my husband to fit only to find that the alterations where horrible. it looked like a child was altering the pants instead of an adult. the where pleats on the pants and the stiches where visible. the suit was returned & alteration where done again. 3 weeks later the suit was collected & now the pants where a tight fit on my husband. we talking about a very expensive suit for a wedding thats happening month end. we then once again returned the suit & strictly asked them not to damage it as its for a special occasion, not that Bride & Co care about that. we went and collected the suit over the weekend & we where told that the guy who does alteration is not around. can someone please advise if we will ever get our expensive for our wedding & would the suit still be in a good condition.
