Bad Service

I had visited Canal Walk branch in February. I got my dress and bought it home. By May I went back with my brides****s. They told me that they need 10weeks to order my dresses. By September (the date that the dresses where originally meant to come) my dresses were still not here. My dresses arrived mid October. Baring in mind, they tell you they need 6 weeks for alterations and the wedding is first weekend in December. I get to the branch today, to collect my dress and my brides****s dresses and they leave us waiting for 1hour for my **** of honour's dress. By now I was fuming as they never came to tell us why, they just kept us waiting.

This was the worst and most stressful experience. They supposed to make it easier for you but this was terrible.
