BAD SERVICE

Just had the worst experience . I bought a dress on the 5 November 2021 asked them several times if they can do the alternations. they assured me. I paid for the dress and alterations. They called me on the 6 December to say the dress is ready ident to day 9 December to collect only to discover that nothing was done. The manager Jane was extremely rude as well as the dress maker. They argued with me that it was for a fitting . I told them the wedding was on the 10 December .

I left the store with them not even packaging the dress TERRIBLE SERVICES AND ATTITUDE. DONT GO NEAR BRIDE AND CO.,
