Bad service and they do not deliver

A wedding dress was bought and had to be altered as it was not fitting properly. The measurements were done and came back but the dress was still not ok. Another measurements were done and the dress was still not fitting, wedding is in 4 days to come and the money had already been paid. No assistance from the store manager of the second option. The store manager was so rude saying that the bride is size zero and they is no other alternative
