AWFUL alterations

Avoid Bride and Co at all expenses! I bought my dress back in May, and took it in for alterations 2 months before my matric dance. The seamstress messed up my dress multiple times and then 1 week before the dance, I was told that my dress has been ruined to a point that it can’t be fixed. After tears and yelling, the staff eventually agreed to let me swap my dress. I have 1 week to find a new dress and alter it, after Bride and Co ruined mine multiple times. The dresses there are stunning dresses but NEVER get alterations done there! Worst experience.
