Avoid the Canal Walk Branch

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Canal Walk branch was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. By far the worst service I have ever come experienced in my 32 years on this earth. The staff treat you like absolute garbage. I don't know where the chip on their shoulders comes from but wow, you work at a bridal store! Literally, your only job is customer service. They make you feel like you're annoying them. If they're not ignoring you then they're making snarky remarks about sizes. I mean, seriously? There is one lady who is exceptionally rude. She's a larger, older woman with short hair - I've never met someone so rude in my life. The staff here need serious customer service training and fast! If it was me I would get rid of the lot and hire people who actually want to be there. This is no way to do business in this day and age. When I get married I will avoid this place at all costs and will advise anyone I know to do the same. No one should be made to feel less than when planning their big day.
