In the most difficult and challenging time in the world. We thought we were stuck in SA forever. Not only was it a difficult time with the corona virus going around, but our case was practically impossible. With 3 different genealogist telling us that we would definitely not be eligible for a UK Ancestral visa. We took our case file with years of research to them, and within a week JP informed us that we have enaugh evidence and they would attempt in submitting our application. They could not guarantee that it would be approved without a grandfathers birth certificate. But, because of their professional and persistant care, we had faith in them,whatever the outcome. We submitted through Claire and Anneshia at the Durban branch and they were meticulous in every single detail of our case. 5 days after our submission, we got our visa. We are so grateful to them for their dedication and undeniable care. They took our concerns to heart, and rejoiced and celebrated with us. These ladies will alway have a special place in our hearts.
