An exceptionally professional team who genuinely went the extra mile
My British citizenship/passport journey turned out to be considerably more complicated and time-consuming than I ever expected. What started as a fairly straightforward enquiry ultimately involved a significant amount of additional documentation, historical research and correspondence with HM Passport Office. Throughout the entire process, Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants (BIC) were exceptionally professional. From the very beginning, Debbie Smuts and the team were helpful, approachable and, most importantly, kept me informed. Whenever additional information was required or there was a development in the application, I was kept updated and knew what was happening and what was required from me. There were certainly moments during the process when I wasn't sure whether we would eventually reach the finish line. My application went through some fairly unusual and complicated stages, but Debbie remained persistent and continued working through the issues rather than simply giving up when things became difficult. The support from the wider BIC team was equally impressive. Communication was prompt, professional and friendly throughout, and when Debbie was unavailable, Jeanne and Dirk were able to step in seamlessly because they had been properly briefed on the case. After a long journey, my British passport has now been approved, printed and delivered, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would like to sincerely thank Debbie, Jeanne, Dirk and the entire BIC team for their assistance, patience and persistence. This wasn't the easiest application, but I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and that the team genuinely wanted to see it through to a successful conclusion. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BIC to anyone who needs assistance with a complicated British citizenship or passport application. Thank you for helping me get my little blue book. 🇬🇧💙 Absolutely outstanding service.

Excellent experience, professional service.
I was very happy with Breytenbachs. The team was professional and very helpful. My circumstances were unusual and somewhat complicated. I would not have been able to complete my citizenship application without their help. I was particularly pleased that they were able to track down, apply for, and receive my grandfather's birth certificate, as well as my grandparent's marriage certificate. This was particularly useful as I live in a place where the postal service is unreliable. Breytenbachs was able to receive these critical documents at their UK office and keep them on file for me. Even better, the total costs of the whole process was about half of what I was quoted by other professional immigration services. I would highly recommend Breytenbachs.

Excellent Service
Excellent service! A big thank you to Laya and her assistant Sam from Breytenbachs who I would highly recommend for their excellent and professional service. They assisted me with my spouse visa application process from 2020 right through to receiving my British passport last week. Throughout the entire process they were professional, knowledgeable, supportive and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Their attention to detail and expertise gave me great peace of mind during what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I will always be gratefull. Laya and Sam you are the best.

Awesome team at Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants
It will be my first trip to the UK, and I came across Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants. There is just one word to describe them: awesome. From day one, I dealt with Anneshia, and the professionalism was just incredible. She had answers to every question I asked. 10 out of 10 for the best team ever from Markus Warden

Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants are tops
Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants were professional and helped me with every little detail to get a successful ancestral dependent visa. Their patience with all my questions and help with all the necessary information made the whole application process so much easier than I expected. Even more so after I were ****med by another company. I will forever be thankful for their help.

Breytenbachs: Bringing Families Together
Breytenbachs is more than a company. They bring families together. When we first considered emigrating, we had a lot of questions and didn’t know where to start. Phillip took us through our options clearly and honestly, without sugar-coating anything, which is exactly what you need when making such a life-changing decision. Although I know some people successfully apply for visitor visas on their own, our circumstances were more complex than a straightforward visitor visa application, and we wanted to do this properly. Breytenbachs helped us navigate our longer-term plans while supporting us with a visitor visa application so our family could be together in the meantime. Louise was exceptional throughout the process, setting out what was required and keeping us informed. At times it felt like a lot of information was needed, but the attention to detail made all the difference. We’re deeply grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and support. Because of Breytenbachs, our family is together again. Thank you, Phillip and Louise!
