i call them to inquire on how to bring my family here in the UK. and i pay £100 just to talk to them, they advise me that i can get them by EU settlement scheme so i agree to that because its a lot cheaper as well. i told them everything, the date of our marriage all information like that and i already sign a contract and preparing for all the documents that they ask for me, then after a few months they will said that they make a mistake and i cannot get my family with the EUSS but i need to get them by UK spouse visa which cost a lot more money. i will understand if they told me that early while inquiring to them. then after they want me to sign a new contract which i refuse. because they already advise wrong in the first place. So its not recommended for me.
