Expectations...

We app**** for our UK spouse visa on 28 June and did Biometrics on the 5th July in Sandton. This review is about expectations: one would think that doing an application through Consultants and paying for this service would make the process easier. It has not.. We understand that there are delays at Home Office (BIC was not aware at first), we also understand that each application is different and we should not compare but there are others who have received their visas, whose Bio's were done after ours. Follow up mails are answered with "I promise to let you know once I hear back from them." but days later we have to follow up again... the frustration lies in not knowing what is causing these delays and how much longer this will impact us. BIC's responses: "As frustrating as it is, it's really difficult for me to confirm why there are delays as we are not affiliated with the UK Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration"
