TLDR Version - Much better pricing than competitors (I had investigated), great service, professional and helpful staff, free webinars to help with what to expect with immigration, definitely going back. Normal Version - Struggled getting my UK citizenship on my own. A friend referred me to Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants. I wish i had known about them sooner - saved me time, frustration and money. The staff (Dirk, Gwen and Rieksie) handling my application were always helpful and kept in contact with me. They kept me up to date with the progress of my application timeously and explored all possible avenues to make the application successful (mine was not a straight-forward application either). I have also enjoyed their free webinars (available on YouTube) on immigration. In the near future, I have visa applications that need to be done and I will definitely be using BIC.
