Application wrongly submitted.

I did an assessment for British Citizenship with Bretenbachs. Which i was happy to pay for and did. I was told i’d probably qualify. I sent and email and asked if they were sure i’d get it i’d be happy to proceed with the application. I went through the whole process of paying up front and submitted all documents which I was told was required. Home Office in UK sent an email that I was Refused. Surely a company as knowledgeable as Bretenbachs would have known that with the information I gave to them I did not qualify. They take money from you and have a policy I believe that the do not refund. I trusted that they now the laws of citizenship for UK. I’ve enquired at other immigration lawyers and they assured me that I cannot qualify and my application should never have been submitted. Sadly I will not recommend Bretenbachs to anyone. I believe I’m not the only person whose application was refused and had no refund from Bretenbachs. Very disappointed
