An exceptionally professional team who genuinely went the extra mile

My British citizenship/passport journey turned out to be considerably more complicated and time-consuming than I ever expected. What started as a fairly straightforward enquiry ultimately involved a significant amount of additional documentation, historical research and correspondence with HM Passport Office.

Throughout the entire process, Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants (BIC) were exceptionally professional.

From the very beginning, Debbie Smuts and the team were helpful, approachable and, most importantly, kept me informed. Whenever additional information was required or there was a development in the application, I was kept updated and knew what was happening and what was required from me.

There were certainly moments during the process when I wasn't sure whether we would eventually reach the finish line. My application went through some fairly unusual and complicated stages, but Debbie remained persistent and continued working through the issues rather than simply giving up when things became difficult.

The support from the wider BIC team was equally impressive. Communication was prompt, professional and friendly throughout, and when Debbie was unavailable, Jeanne and Dirk were able to step in seamlessly because they had been properly briefed on the case.

After a long journey, my British passport has now been approved, printed and delivered, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I would like to sincerely thank Debbie, Jeanne, Dirk and the entire BIC team for their assistance, patience and persistence. This wasn't the easiest application, but I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and that the team genuinely wanted to see it through to a successful conclusion.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BIC to anyone who needs assistance with a complicated British citizenship or passport application.

Thank you for helping me get my little blue book. 🇬🇧💙

Absolutely outstanding service.
