What is slower: the service or the internet speed?

You don't get what you pay for with Breedenet. Not even close. We pay for 8mbps and VERY often have speeds of 1mbps for hours. When we send them a complaint with a copy of the speed test they sometimes don't even respond, despite their automated email promising a response within 1 hour or they respond the next day to say "it seems fine now". The kind of people that are great at responding the day after an emergency. Worst ISP I've ever worked with.
