Rather avoid if you are looking for any service

I am still waiting for a reply on a whatsapp I sent more than a month a ago after I wanted to switch over to Breedenet. I called not twice but 3 times where I was told to send my details in a whatsapp. They phoned me back once, while I was on a call, alerted me on whatsapp that they phoned which I rep**** to within minutes that I am on a Zoom call and then proceeded to ask for email address - still waiting since then for an answer, call back or just an email. Rather avoid looks like they don't need customers...
