Breedenet shockingly bad service !!

I am tired of the repeated dropping of internet speed and the slow response to my complaints. I pay for 5mbps and often it is less the 1 mbps. The frustration is in the evenings when I do banking and payments and I can barely connect to the internet. You should be ashamed of your poor service Breedenet and rather adopt another strategy other than your stock answers and responses !!!
