Bad bad bad service

Breedenet is the only SP for farms in the Worcester area. We dont have any other choices. The service received in the past was not always great, but since they partnered with Herotel, the service went down the drain. They are trying to roll out Fiber in Worcester, but if they cannot handle their current clientele as is, I have no hope that they will be able to handle extra clients. When you phone regarding a problem with your internet, you hold on for a very very long time, before helpdesk answers your call. You are promised a solution and a call back, but the callback never comes, neither does the solution...
