Absolutely no service...

We are an elderly couple living on a farmland have been battling with Breedenet to even bother to help us. Wifi is our only form of communication. They and Lcom since merging are useless.... they're not bothered to come out and fix what is wrong and keep on telling us lies about something being done...... telephone call upon telephone call is made but nothing..... going on 2 weeks now.....
