Worst delivery service ever.

It you ate a company and dont want to lose customers then dont use this service. They are worse then worse. I am waiting d more than a week for a pack that just needs to travel 30km to me. I send emails for the last 3 days asking when my parcel will be delivered and I am traveling soon so i urgently need it. They advised me it will be send the next day. Next day I phone and they adviced me it is out for delivery and will get to me soon. NATHING came and now its past 5pm and cant get hold of anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED
