The driver, Kevin, is always very professional, well-spoken, efficient, and friendly. My only concern is that my product (SKOON skincare) is often very very warm when I receive it which is not ideal. I would recommend that Breeze provides their drivers with a cooler box to keep skincare products that will only be delivered later in the delivery run cool. Especially on hot days.
