RIDICULOUS!!

RIDICULOUS!!

Received a WhatsApp to confirm that my order is out for delivery to my office. HOWEVER, I receive several phone calls from the driver saying i need to meet him in the street as he cannot come up to my office as instructed by his "boss". I ended up going outside bit no driver to be found and cannot get hold of the driver... Then receive a call from him 15 min later asking to come outside again, when I said that I'm now busy with a patient could he please come up to my office, the phone is put down in my ear. I still haven't received my package...... Who is going to pay my refund???
