Putrid service

If I could rate them zero stars, I absolutely would. Their service is beyond disappointing—honestly, it’s a struggle to find words that do justice to how terrible it is. My order has been with them since November, and all I’ve received is an endless cycle of frustration. The tracking number they gave me just shows a driver moving around aimlessly all day, with no estimated delivery time. I’ve called repeatedly, but no one answers. I’ve sent countless emails, to Sumaya, to Fabian and Braden yet not a single response. It’s like they don’t care at all.
