PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED,RUDE DRIVER

Iv bought things from Shein yesterday i got a msg my clothes are on the way,by the driver Mzuvukile Silwana driver phone to say he is here i came out driver not there.He went to a wrong place i retify him he was very rude when i ask him to read the adress he drop the phone.never came.today iv mic the cold i return it he said he has pass my place i wont accept this behaviour .
