Disgruntled Customer! Worst Service Ever!

We placed an order and still waiting for delivery after receiving a WhatsApp message that the order is ready and no further communication from them. We are unable to get in contact with them and no further updates from their side. Tried contacting Fabian and Sumayah on different occasions and cannot get hold of them either. No communication from them for 4 days.
