Customer service is Terrible

Bad customer service. I ordered an item last week and was contacting the team via WhatsApp. The team advised that the delivery would arrive around 1pm to 6pm today. I used the tracking service and saw that the driver Khotso Praise was a couple of minutes away from house. I messaged the driver asking for an ETA if the delivery will arrive today or another time, as I dont mind if they told me tomorrow or another day during this week, but instead I got no response and all I asked for was an ETA. I have seen some of the good reviews but I have noticed it is area dependent. Driver delivers to what is convenient for them and not necessarily a matter of urgency. This is terrible customer service.
