Aggressive delivery men

Had an absolute horrible experience. If it could, I would give them minus stars. Had no warning of delivery. Them the delivery guy starts screaming at me on the phone. I organise that my mom, who had a heart attack a few weeks back to collect it and then this awful man didn't even have a pen to have her sign for it!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!
