2 bad experiences, im over it.

I’m not sure why anyone would choose this service over more established providers like The Courier Guy.

I’ve experienced issues on more than one occasion. Late last year, I had a frozen food delivery where the driver failed to arrive and passed the delivery on elsewhere. By the time it reached me, the food had defrosted and was unusable and mushy, after ree freezing it really wasnt as good as usual.

More recently, I was expecting a delivery from Importatoy. After receiving an “out for delivery” notification at around 12:00. With no other communication, I contacted support at 16:20 and was told the driver would arrive within 20–30 minutes as he is already in my area. Unfortunately, I waited until 17:50 with no communication or delivery and had to leave the office. It is now close to 18:30 and I have still not received any update, communication or my parcel.

Overall, very disappointing service with unreliable delivery estimates and poor communication.
