BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN SOUTH AFRICAN.

I have a rather old Lazyboy chair which is still functionable but the lever that raises the chair into the recliner position had broken. I had seen that Lazyboy had premises on Main Reef Road, Johannesburg so I visit there yesterday 15 Nov. I found out that they are a part of the Bravo Group and that this office was just a showroom and that they did not carry spares. However the receptionist called a guy from the repair department who looked at my broken handle and returned to his office. He returned a few minutes later with a handle that he had taken from another chair. He said I could take this one home and see if it fitted and if so could order me a new one. The attention I received from this guy, from the receptionist and the young lad that served us coffee was exceptional and one that is rarely seen in South Africa. Thanks everybody.
