Disappointing Experience with Bravo Foods Pinetown
I recently purchased frozen churros from Bravo Foods in Pinetown sold by Checkers in Newcastle KZN, but unfortunately, my experience with the company has been subpar.
The real issue arose when I had to lodge a complaint. The service I received from Bravo Foods has been pathetic, i spoke to a lady by the name of Crystal. It's been an excessively long process as this issue has been going on since September 2025, with slow response times and a lack of urgency to resolve my issue.
As a customer, it's frustrating to feel ignored and undervalued. I expect a higher level of service, especially when it comes to addressing customer complaints.
To potential customers, I would advise caution when dealing with Bravo Foods. While their products might be okay, their customer service leaves much to be desired.
I hope Bravo Foods takes my feedback seriously and improves their customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and appetite for churros) elsewhere.
Bravo Foods Pinetown sent a Checkers Voucher to the value of R130 via courier. When I go to the till to pay for my stuff using that voucher. The lady at the till tells me theres only 8c available on the card. I used this voucher at an OK Grocer Express. Quite ridiculous and you feel ******. Seems like they used the money then sent the card because how can you have a 8c balance on the card?.
