Your Order will arrive today... NOT + NO Feedback/ Communication!

An online store that has online communication functionality and numerous staff contacting for updates on your order - however when you email to query about an urgent delivery - NO RESPONSE within 2 hours and counting. I had to call in to speak to someone to follow up and escalate which is also pathetic.

I was told and expected a parcel to be delivered today (12 December), only to find out at 16:20 AFTER CALLING IN, that my parcel "looks like its still at the warehouse"... Poor Service and Communication for Urgent orders placed.. Unreliable and not recommended for further purchases...
