Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered some items from them, when I came ro realize the items was wrong, I immediately phoned them to correct or cancel the order. They simply refused to do anything, saying it was a stock clearance item and they do not do returns or do refunds on them. I now have to sit with items that I can not use, and I am all that money out of pocket. I now have to go out and buy new items from a different supplier and spend more money leaving me more than double the amount out of pocket. Be very careful when you place an order with them. As you will get no assistance what so every is things go wrong.
