Unhappy with Brandability

I have been doing business with Brandability from last year. My last order with them was messed up terribly. The order that i paid for was not the order i received. i have been contacting them for the past four months and still have not received any help in regards to a refund or new order. The consultant Nikki has been constantly telling me she is looking for recordings even though i have sent through proof of my order and what was sent to me. i would not suggest anyone do business with them as i have now seen other reviews about Brandability and non of them are good.
