Really bad branding

Really bad service . Paid in full and got really bad work branding . Skew , not in line , and wrong color . Sad to say when it was send back it was made out to be my mistake and i must pay in again , after paying R2400 for 9 caps . On request to pay again , i asked them to brand (branded by brandability ) on the caps so the school knows who never to use for their tour clothing , and my number was blocked . No reply on email , and the blame is given to their service provider in Gauteng . Sad day when the owner of a company doesnt look after his company .
