Poorest Quality and Branding i have ever seen

Placed an order for product, paid and waited, was notified of a delay due to quality control, recieved the product and what a load of *******. Product finishing is the worst quality control i have ever seen, sublimation doesnt match from 1 product to the next, colour of product varies to 3 different black colours - notified Brandabillity and they are full of excuses - not even willing to supply a number for a director to sort this mess - i will rather import nyself before ever dealing with brandabillity again
