Poor quality and no responsibility towards rectifying

<p>Terrible quality products! Still waiting for a refund since Oct 2016! It's now on 6 months after our payment was made for them to rectify the problem! Brandability refuses to take responsibility for the poor quality products they have issued. I will never recommend or do business with this company ever again. The worst client service apart from Kate I have ever experienced! I will post the products received online as no steps have been taken to resolve this! Absolutely disgusting business etiquette!</p>
