Lost online order

I placed an order online, when they followed up and asked me for the art work I sent it, I kept being told it will take 2 weeks to complete the order. Three days later when I inquired what happened to my order, they acted as if I never made an order, I was told to go online and place the order again and start from scratch again.

Now 2 weeks later my online was order was found, but the excuse is it's on my main email address, not the one THEY emailed me on. They emailed me, when I placed the online order, but couldn't find the online order after that. No one emailed to my main email address regarding the online order either. It got lost. When I reply to the email (was this helpful - NO), the app that it takes me to, doesn't work. It says enter email address, I do and then it keeps saying it's not a valid email address.

I found another company to help me, their lead time is 4 days. I wish I found them first, Brandability wasted my time.
