*********** & terrible service – they cost me a customer

I ordered branded swivel USB sticks from them and they supp**** the wrong colour. The colour was not what I approved on the order form. Despite evidence showing that what they supp**** is not the same as what I approved, they refused to refund me. I had to refund my client and as a result, I lost the business and any future business from the client. They were very arrogant in how they dealt with my query. I will never do business with Brandibilty and certainly do not recommend them.
