Disgusting Bad Service i ever had

I regret doing business with this company. They made me loose a potential new client. Now i managed to get the very same supplier that they are outsourcing from and they where willing to deliver on Tuesday. So now its also hard for them to refund me i even had to borrow money to pay the new supplier.

This is what the boss had to say;

ok Joseph .. it is very easy to find bad reviews for any business .. we are well aware of them and dont hide it at all . links to them are also on our website. I will urge you to perhaps also take a look at the positive reviews we have Trustpilot and on Google reviews . please let me know if I need to send you a link . like I said I am trying to assist you but regrettably it will seem that you will prefer to work against me . I am sorry and saddened by how you feel .. I truly am.. and it is very sad to think that you at all think that the delay in your order has anything to do with race. Perhaps that is how you do things but is certainly not how we like to do business .
