Disappointing service

Brandability is a dependable company, however when it came to my last order, I was painfully disappointed.

Stock numbers kept on fluctuating from the warehouse which kept on altering available colour options and to make things worse, it happened almost 3 times just for one order, even after payment was made. I do not know why payment does not confirm an order and the colors but this was an upsetting experience.

The service needs serious improvement and should make provision for compensation for such erratic service.
