Escalation to a manager just help with the request moving from Quote to 50% paid for production process to start.

Artwork process took its own time to complete, when you pick up something for fixing you're told you're going to the back of the Q.

Eventually after 2 weeks on the 3rd week after I placed the order I receive calendars that are wrong. No year on the monthly pages, November ends on 31st, December ends on 30th. It's been 5 working days since I reported the mess. Still I don't have calendars produced yet instead i got a mail to approve artwork that is still wrong. Messy unprofessional situation.
