Bad quality products + Extremely bad client service

I am used to receiving brilliant service & products from this company until my recent order. Poor quality products delivered (after a slow and tedious process and asking over and over again for a quote) and now I am stuck in a back-and-forth of emails & admin because of internal procedures. No apologies. No kind emails. Nothing. Just rude employees trying to threaten their client. Spare yourself the admin and just walk away.
