AMAZING Customer Service

<p> Working in research, and having spent the majority of my research carreer working on customer experience research and management, I know that the level of service provided by Brandability is not the norm... What a phenomenal team, taking service delivery to a whole new level. The first time I ordered from them, I had a very tight deadline, and they delivered with time to spare. With my second order, there were issues with the delivery of the product - the team at Brandability went out of their way to make sure that I had my product in time - all the time reassuring me and apologising for any inconvenience caused. They went out of their way in terms of following up and communicating - not just the cold kind of emails you get from some companies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to Gabi, JP and Nicks (and the rest of the team) - the interactions we've had with you means that I will keep using Brandability for any branding needs that come up.
