Absolutely appalled by the Account Management, Customer Service

First order was great, delivered and exactly what we wanted, second reorder of same product, no answer for months due to high staff turnover, then get response, approve and pay for product, which is then said they dont have stock of, it will also then be changed however exactly the same dimensions, artwork as original. Get order and the size of product is tiny, the artwork is cut off, it is a mess. I contact my account manager who will not respond to me. I want this rectified and the original product delivered. I feel ******, our company has been ******. Never EVER will we use this company again! Absolutely appalled by the Account Management, Customer Service that has (NOT) been delivered like the incorrect product.
